function selectIncompleteCarrierQuestionSetsAsQuoteRequests(state, ...params): IQuoteRequest[]

Selects all carrier question sets that are incomplete and transforms them into the shape of IQuoteRequest[];

Parameters​

The first argument, often a Redux root state object.

params​

All additional arguments passed into the selector.

Returns​

IQuoteRequest[]

A derived value from the state.
