Receive Side Prerequisites

Receiving Prospects​

Bold Penguin will be sending prospect records to you in a push model. We send the prospects as JSON records via HTTP POST. Before beginning this integration process you will need to answer the following questions:

  1. What is the HTTP endpoint where you want to receive the JSON prospect data?
  2. How is authentication handled for this endpoint? Will API credentials need to be issued?

NOTE: Successful integration with our Dispositioning API is a prerequisite for receiving production prospect data.

Dispositioning​

Bold Penguin hosts both production and staging environments for partner testing.

Your account manager will provide you with the following information to interact with our Staging API:

Once we've successfully tested the integration in our Staging environment, your Account Manager will work with you to connect with our Production environment. Reach out to your Account Manager with any questions.
