Send Side Prerequisites

Bold Penguin hosts both production and staging environments for partner testing.

Your account manager will provide you with the following information to interact with our Staging API:

  • Client ID || A unique identifier provided by your Account Manager for authentication.
  • Client Secret || A unique secret value provided by your Account Manager for authentication.

You will be provided with call tracking phone numbers. While these are not required for using the API, they are helpful to know.

Once we've successfully tested the integration in our Staging environment, your Account Manager can provide you with the same parameters for our Production environment. Reach out to your Account Manager with any questions.
